Automotive Process Trainers

(LOCATED IN WINNIPEG, SERVICING MAJOR CENTRES AS REQUIRED)

DMT is seeking the right mix of experience and professionalism to provide training and sales support to our automotive dealer network in Canada. Our national accounts, which include Volkswagen, Volvo, Mitsubishi, Jaguar and Land Rover, represent nearly 300 dealers that we directly service with showroom software, dealer websites, and training services.

Do you have 2+ years automotive retail experience?
Are you a sales professional or sales manager?
Do you have a desire to help others succeed?
Do you embrace and understand new technologies?
Are you fluent in French?
Do you have a university degree or received professional sales instruction?
Do you enjoy traveling?

Only the right people make a successful team. With over 70 employees, 20% of our team has migrated directly from the automotive sector to help build DMT into an international company that services automotive OEMs and their dealers in Canada, U.S., and Europe.

About the Role and You...

DMT requires an automotive sales professional that is organized, motivated, and an excellent communicator. You will be assisting professional salespeople and sales managers who require help leveraging our software solutions to enhance the sales process on the showroom floor. Your automotive sales experience will be combined with our technology training program to lay the foundation of a lasting career at DMT. Responsibilities will include delivering our curriculum through classroom and webinar training sessions. The curriculum includes:

  • Training salespeople, managers, and Dealer Principals on how to leverage our solutions to enhance their showroom processes
  • Webinars for new salespeople training and refresher courses
  • Dealer website, content management, and eLead training

You will also:

  • Assist in the creation of course curriculum and materials
  • Provide mentorship to dealership sales personnel
  • Promote and sell DMT services to new and existing clients
