Business Analysts
DMT is seeking Business Analysts to work closely with our Market Development Team in building and maintaining client relationships. The individuals will utilize their strong communication and technical skills to assess the needs of the client and recommend software solutions. You will document all business requirements and work alongside internal departments during different stages of the project lifecycle to ensure client’s expectations are being met.

- Bridging the gap between the specific skill sets of the business community and the development team
- Acquiring and demonstrating knowledge of DMT products from both the client and the development perspective
- Keeping up to date on client and web based software systems and design
- Providing insight from a development and systems perspective
- Creating Statements of Work and documenting business requirements
- Modeling and documenting functional requirements for client tactical projects
- Creating and executing test scripts for functional and non-functional requirements
- Usability and user interface development
Our ideal candidates...
- Possess a University Degree or College Diploma in an applicable field
- Possess 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- Have strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Have a passion in helping customers be successful
- Are customer, detail, and quality oriented
- Have strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Have a CBAP Designation
