Client Services Analyst
DMT is seeking an experienced and energetic Client Services Analyst to join our Customer Service team. As members of this team you will gain familiarity with our product set in order to provide outstanding customer service to our clients. You will deliver a consistent customer service experience to each customer and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the overall experience. You will recognize and respond to the customer’s basic needs, identify opportunities to promote DMT’s products and services, and potentially work with our sales team in solidifying this business.
The position involves...
- Handling client concerns and/or questions via telephone or email in a professional and courteous manner
- Supporting clients in Canada, North America and abroad
- Conducting client follow-up to ensure a high level of satisfaction is achieved
- Escalating client questions and concerns to other teams when a first level response does not suffice
- Recognizing and responding to potential business opportunities
- Collaborating with team members (within the call centre and other departments) in identifying value added opportunities
- Maintaining complete and accurate reports for all client communication
Our ideal candidate...
- Has a high propensity to learn, a love of technology, and an ability to excel in a fast paced work environment
- Possesses a strong customer focus and results oriented personality
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- Has the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Possesses a relevant University Degree or College Diploma
- Has 2+ years experience (automotive industry experience an asset but not required)
- Has strong computer skills including working knowledge of many software products such as the Microsoft Office Suite
