Intermediate Graphic Designer
DMT is seeking a dynamic and creative Intermediate Graphic Designer to join our Creative Technology Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing from conception to completion the design of automotive corporate websites, retailer websites, microsites, eNewsletters, software graphics, video presentations and some printed materials as well.

- Designing and implementation of highest quality designs for the automotive industry, as well as for our in-house marketing needs
- Processing documentation of graphical maintenance tasks
- Storyboard design
- Excellent creative problem solving, decision making, recommendation and estimation skills
- The ability to organize multiple tasks and project deadlines
- The ability to work within a team setting or independently
- High attention to detail, proof reading and quality assurance
- The ability to follow and promote established standards and methodologies
- Ownership and responsibility of assigned tasks and projects
- The ability to work closely with our development teams to provide graphics in the most efficient method for implantation
- The desire to actively participate in learning new graphic techniques and technologies
- Maintaining a positive attitude with conflict-resolution and team building spirit within team and across departments
Our ideal candidate...
- Possesses a University Degree or College Diploma in Graphic Design
- Demonstrates a passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Has 2+ years of industry experience
- Has in depth knowledge of Adobe software specifically: Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, InDesign, Acrobat; including MS Powerpoint
- Has experience with ActionScript, Premier, After Effects, Microsoft Word and Excel are knowledge (an asset)
- Has knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (an asset)
- Has experience with web usability and SEO standards
- Excellent organization, communication and listening skills
- The ability to organize multiple tasks and project deadlines
