Mitsubishi Account Representative

Our 5 year relationship with one of Canada's fastest growing brands has provided our team with unique opportunities to work with a truly dynamic and innovative automotive manufacturer. Mitsubishi Canada leverages a full compliment of DMT systems that help manage their B2C operations including all point-of-sale dealer showroom tools. Mitsubishi's rapid rise in market share is creating an opportunity for additional DMT account personnel to help support their business requirements.

About the Role and You:

DMT requires a skilled account representative to work on the Mitsubishi Canada account. Working with the national account manager, you will be assisting the various Directors of Mitsubishi Canada to help leverage the various tools and services that DMT provides. Your belief of providing unparalleled customer service will be combined with our account mentorship program to lay the foundation of a lasting career at DMT.

The position involves:

  • Suggesting business strategies to the client that help increase their sales and profitability
  • Working with our industry partners to develop synergies that can maximize the client's ROI and reduce redundant costs
  • Assisting in day-to-day account management to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Investigating new opportunities for system enhancements or additional services
  • Providing written reports regarding account activities
  • Working with DMT project managers and analysts to convey client requirements

What we need from you:

  • A successful track record in either consumer sales management or account management
  • Automotive sales experience (preferred)
  • A university degree or professional instruction in account management
  • Be highly organized and motivated
  • Have excellent written and oral skills
  • Fully versed in Microsoft Office tools
  • An understanding of web and social media technologies/trends
  • Willingness to travel
