Project Manager/Business Analyst
We are seeking individuals who excel in team leadership, project management, business analysis and strive for the opportunity to work in all of these disciplines. The individuals will work closely with our internal teams and our clients to define product enhancements and solutions, elaborate on that definition, lead our development teams, and lead the successful launch of those solutions. We require individuals who are technically sound, as they will need to translate business needs into software requirements and ensure customer-value-based solutions are built.
The position involves...
- Developing and managing project plans, including estimating and controlling
- Performing risk analysis and create mitigation plans and strategies
- Managing project scope and changes in alignment with our customers’ needs and priorities
- Working with a variety of clients and/or internal representatives to determine the functional needs of our software and business solutions
- Working on large projects and/or many different sized projects at the same time
- Liaising between the business community and the development/functional teams to ensure development of successful client solutions
- Documenting functional requirements through to acceptance criteria and scripts
- Problem solving and creative solution development
- Usability and user interface design
- Supporting our sales staff from pre-sales support through to training and roll-out
- Using a variety of methodologies, processes, and tools
- Occasional travel to Canadian and International clients may occur
Our ideal candidate...
- Have a passion in helping our customers be successful
- Be customer, detail, and quality oriented
- Be able to understand both business and technology domains
- Have strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Have 5+ years experience as a Project Manager, Team Lead and/or Business Analyst
- Have a relevant University Degree or College Diploma in an applicable field
- Have a PMP or CBAP Designation
