Regional Manager – Dealership Accounts (Alberta)

DMT requires a skilled account representative to work within our Alberta operations on various dealer accounts. Residing in either Calgary or Edmonton and working with the Dealer Sales Division within DMT, you will be tasked with the sale and on-going account management of our dealership accounts, various tools and services that DMT provides. Your belief of providing unparalleled account management and solutions selling will be combined with our account mentorship program to lay the foundation of a lasting career at DMT.

The position involves:

  • Sales of DMT services & solutions to automotive dealerships throughout your respective territory
  • Engaging our OEM dealers to deploy custom solutions
  • Investigating new opportunities for system enhancements or additional services
  • Liaising with our OEM Account Team & Implementation team for optimal results
  • Tracking sales processes and providing on-going reporting to sales leadership
  • Support to our OEM field staff for their DMS custom solutions
  • Day-to-day account management 
  • Utilization of Sales Force 

What we need from you:

  • A successful track record in either consumer sales management or account management
  • Automotive sales experience (preferred)
  • A Canadian Automotive Institute diploma or University degree
  • Be highly organized and motivated
  • Have excellent written and oral skills
  • Fully versed in Microsoft Office tools
  • An understanding of web and social media technologies/trends
  • Willingness to travel
  • DMS & CRM Experience is a definite asset
  • Sales Force or similar Sales Force Automation experience an asset
